This actually dispenses the cigarette forward and fully lights it before you extract the cigarette.

The lighter that pulls out is to light the passengers own non-dispensed cigarettes. The text in the brochure is fabulous marketing madness at it's best.
Never installed, with replacement lighter coil and mounts. In original box.
